Before You Enquire

Is the site survey really free?

Yes. We visit the property, inspect the wiring, DB box and loading, and discuss what the job would involve at no charge and with no obligation. You only commit once you have seen the itemised quotation and decided to go ahead.

Can you quote without visiting the property?

We can give you a rough idea over WhatsApp if you send photos and details, but a firm quotation needs a survey. Cable routes, DB condition, existing loading and access all affect the scope, and they cannot be judged reliably from photos alone.

How quickly can you come for a survey?

It depends on our schedule and your preferred timing, so tell us in the form whether weekdays, weekends or after-hours suit you best. For businesses that can only allow access outside trading hours, let us know and we will plan around it.

What does the quotation cover?

Circuits, points, cabling, protection devices and labour are listed as separate items, along with the wiring method agreed and any DB box or loading upgrade included. Anything outside the scope is flagged, so you are not surprised later.

Do you take on small jobs as well as full rewiring?

Yes. Alongside full and partial rewiring, we handle DB box upgrades, additional power points, concealed wiring and data cabling. Tell us what you need in the project type dropdown and we will advise whether a survey is needed or a straightforward visit will do.
